i visited ko samui for the first time. the staff welcomed me warmly. i chose a beautiful king room. it had a comfortable king size bed. breakfast was a highlight, with a huge selection of asian dishes. neung's poolside service was especially attentive, i found it convenient.
the pool area needed more frequent cleaning. many children were often loud. perhaps an adults-only pool would improve the experience (especially for those seeking quieter relaxation). this change would suit different guest preferences.

the breakfast selection included both western and asian options. the coffee was of good quality. i especially enjoyed the variety of fresh fruits (mangoes were a personal favorite).

The hotel grounds were beautifully kept. We enjoyed the beach and the lovely sea views from the pool bar. Pen provided fantastic service. Nudee booked some special trips for us after we explained what we wanted to do.
The toilet had a bad odor and there was a lizard in my room one day. i reported this issue to the front desk.

I appreciated the breakfast (it featured so much variety). the garden wing location was lovely. It was quieter than the beach side, and the walk to the main areas took only minutes.
the layout required crossing a busy street to reach some facilities.

The location is central but quiet. Markets and restaurants are close by. The staff were generous. The rooms are excellent (the king-size bed was very comfortable), and the beach, pool, and bar area were well kept. I found top-of-the-line services and a great spa.
The additional purchases of food and drinks are quite pricey.
